In his message for Christmas 2023, Bishop David reflects on the word ‘Behold’ which appears frequently in the Christmas story and throughout the Bible. May we also take this opportunity to wish you a blessed and peaceful Christmas from Bishop David and the diocesan team.

A reminder about Carols by Candlelight on Wednesday 20th December at 7.30pm in St Molua’s Church. A service of readings and carols, with music led by Stormont Community Choir. Everyone welcome!

January date for your diary! Belmont District Churches together are holding A Musical Celebration of Christian Unity in St Molua’s Church on Friday 19 January 2024 during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. Choirs and musicians from a number of churches across the district will be represented. Everyone welcome!

Why not pop down to Holy Trinity Glencraig today (Thursday 14th) and tomorrow Friday 15th December from 2.00 – 8.00pm where an amazing collection of nativity sets from around the world will be on display. Refreshments served in the hall. Everyone welcome!

Along with other churches in the area, St Molua’s acts as a collection point for parishioners and friends to donate non-perishable foodstuff and basic household necessities which are then taken to the Foodbank in nearby Dundonald village. Join us at St Molua’s Church this Sunday afternoon 10 December from 4-6pm, along with our friends from Stormont Presbyterian Church when we will be celebrating our Messy Christingle. Everyone welcome for fun, fellowship, craft activities and food!

It’s our monthly Soup-er Saturday this week . Come and join us at 12noon on 9 December in the Parish Hall for hot soup and a warm welcome. There is no charge, but you may make a donation to our chosen charity – Christian Aid – if you wish. Everyone welcome!
