Exciting news from the St Molua’s Eco Group!
Do you have a favourite item of clothing in need of repair or any small electrical items that need attention? a bicycle with problems?
On Saturday 24th June from 10am-12noon St Molua’s Church will be hosting the Repair Cafe Belfast in the parish hall.
Repair Café is a worldwide movement driven by local volunteers who are passionate about helping us all to be more sustainable in our everyday living. Through offering their skills to make repairs, they are prolonging and rejuvenating the life of our “stuff”, and in the process, perhaps giving us the confidence to try to tackle it ourselves in the future.
For more information and to secure a slot for sewing/textile, electrical, IT and other assorted repairs – please book via the following link:

A small number of walk-in slots will also be made available, but there is no guarantee that they will be seen or how long the wait might be. What is certain is that while you wait there will be tea, coffee and delicious treats available on a “pay as you feel” basis.
This is the first time that Repair Café Belfast has come to this part of the city and we are very excited to have been chosen as a suitable venue.
Please spread the word, hunt out those items waiting for some TLC. We have been warned that slots fill up very fast!
Hope to see some of you there!
