*Sole Mates Walk Postponed*
Please note that, due to closure of the M3 Lagan Bridge over the weekend making access to the Hightown Road difficult, our Sole Mates Walk at Cave Hill Country Park on Saturday 16 August has been postponed 
. Hopefully the walk will be rescheduled for a later date. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Our next Sole Mates outing is to Cave Hill Country Park which overlooks Belfast city.
We will meet in St Molua’s Church carpark at 10.00am on Saturday 16 August and travel by shared cars to the park entrance up on the Hightown Road so avoiding the steeper climbs lower down!
As there are no cafes in the immediate area, you may wish to bring your own refreshments or at least a “wee piece” 😊.
Our walks are open to all – to church members, friends and relatives and anyone else who would like to join us. However, please note:
– Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
– All walkers take part at their own risk.
– All walkers must ensure that they are fit and healthy enough to undertake the walk they are attending.
– All walkers are advised to exercise caution and to wear suitable walking shoes/boots and outdoor clothing.
– On the walk:
- A register will be taken at the start of the walk of all participants.
- Walkers must follow all safety advice given by the walk leader.
