Great news from Sheffield where Laurence Bellew was Commissioned by Church Army at their annual ceremony in Sheffield Cathedral on Saturday 19 July in advance of him coming to join us as Minister-in-Charge at St Molua’s next month.
Wow! What an amazing time we had at today’s Admitting and Commissioning service.
We welcomed NINE new Evangelists. Praise God!
Congratulations and a big well done to Laurence, Meg, Sarah, Bing, Anna, Rachel, Tracey, Hannah, and Jack.
The Evangelists will work in areas such as addiction recovery, leading youth groups, and building communities as they share the good news of the Gospel in words and actions.
Thank you to the Rt Revd Dr Guli Francis-Dehqani, Bishop of Chelmsford and Chair of our Board of Trustees, who led the service.
